Residential Construction Clients;

After so many years of tending to your construction and remodeling needs, the time has come to allow my feet just a little more time on the ground and leave such work to the 20-somethings. As you may already know, the home inspection arm of my business has been a part of my livelihood for many years already. However, I've decided, for the most part, to greatly reduce my construction commitments and expand my professional inspection services to a more full time aspect. I'll still take your calls and answer your question but, I'm afraid I'll refer your more laborious work to others. And, to stay within my standards of practice, I will not conduct any repair work in regards to a home or building inspection, for, after all, it is a conflict of interest.

Road and Property Development Construction Clients;

Be advised that road and underground utility layout and inspection services are still being made available to you with proper notice of a project start-up date.

Commercial and Industrail Clients;

As with my residential clients, I am no longer providing construction services. However, I still will be more than happy to fill your consultation and property inspection needs.
