Here is my payment schedule and a small sampling of my pricing listed below. Please keep in mind that homes are different in many ways and can affect the final cost. Call me for additional information or an estimate for your Home, Septic System, or other Inspection requirements.

Full payment will be gladly accepted at the time of the inspection.

Home Inspections start at $329.00

Additional charges may apply for additional living space, Homes built prior to 1950 or, Homes that require Extensive Renovations.

Barns, Out buildings, Sheds or Over Sized Garages may require additional charges of 25.00 to $100.00, depending upon size

Septic System Inspections and Evaluations start at $229.00. Location of the Septic System must be confirmed prior to inspection. Septic Tank Pumping cost are additional.

Please note:

The locating of an unverified or undocumented septic system can be difficult at best. Additional charges may be required for this exploratory investigation. Any time required beyond a standard evaluation is billable at $85.00/hr plus any additional extenuating cost required. Weather conditions, such as frozen ground or snow coverage, can also contribute to additional costs for this service.

Radon testing of the interior air of the building start at $149.00.

Domestic Water Testing prices start at $149.00. This testing includes Coliform, E. coli, Nitrate Nitrogen, Iron, Manganese, Chloride, Sodium, Hardness and pH levels. Radon and Arsenic in domestic drinking water testing are additional at $35.00 each.

Water Well Performance Testing start at $249.00.

Indoor Air Quality Testing starts at $239.00. Cost may vary due to distance traveled or quantity of samples required.

Mold Testing and Sampling can include a full inspection for microbial growth via a "visual examination" of the building or a limited inspection with testing visible microbial growth and/or air quality as requested by the client. A full visual inspection is $295.00 plus sample cost. Additional samples are billed at a reduced rate.

Lead Paint Testing can be as little as $29.00 when included with a Home Inspection. We offer invasive swab testing only

Consultation Services: This service entails a "visual examination" of a property with "verbal communication" to convey any deficiencies noted. There is no written and/or photographic report offered with this service. The price for a "Walk Through Consultation" starts at $249.00. Call for multiple unit pricing. Additional charges may be required for travel

If your a potential home buyer and wish to have a "Walk Through Consultation" on a number of properties you have viewed, we would be pleased to arrange a quote for you. It is still advisable to have a Home Inspection on the final property you select.

For Commercial locations, Raw land reviews or multi-unit inspections, please call for a price quote for your individual application.
