My past experiences and qualifications;

• I am a life long resident of the State of New Hampshire which allows me to be very well aware of the various types of weather we experience here and the problems it creates with the homes and buildings in this area.
• I attended and graduated from the Goffstown, NH school system, Goffstown, NH.
• I graduated from "The Franklin Institute of Technology" of Boston, Mass.
• I have over 30 years of "hands on experience" in all aspects of home and building inspections, construction, construction management and project management in commercial and residential building applications.

• I have been licensed by the State of New Hampshire since 1979 for sub-surface waste water disposal systems.
• I have been awarded the designation of "New Hampshire Certified Septic System Evaluator".
• I am an active member of the Granite State Designers and Installed Association.
• Through the years, I have work innumerable hours with well water drilling companies. Did you know that there are three major types of wells in our area? Do you understand the difference in their operation? I can explain the difference between these very different well drilling systems and why which one could be better for you and which could be less costly.
• I have in-depth knowledge of blue print comprehension, BOCA and Life Safety codes and OSHA regulations.
• I have passed the New Hampshire Rest Estate exam and previously held a New Hampshire Real Estate License. This has given me the knowledge of how the real estate industry, including brokers and agents and their clients, work concerning the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate.
• I am a member of the National Association Of Certified Home Inspectors.
• I follow the National Association Of Certified Home Inspectors "Standards of Practice".
• I am certified in the State of New Hampshire for the operation of construction lasers.
• I am highly knowledgeable in the layout and construction of public and private roads along with their underground infrastructures such as sewage, drainage and underground utilities as electrical, telephone and cable installations.
• I own and operate an independent home inspection business. My business is not a franchise nor, am I financially affiliated with any Real Estate company, brokerage, or agent.
• My privacy policy is simply this; Home Inspections by J. A. Thibodeau will never sell, trade or give out any personal information such as names, telephone numbers, email addresses or any other private information to any third party. I will only provide necessary information as required, strictly in accordance with performing home inspection services and never without the clients approval. I seriously consider my fiduciary, as well as moral responsibilities to my clients in our business relationships.
• Although I seriously take part in my continuing education, I am not a graduate of some home inspection school. My professional qualifications are based upon years of hard work, acquired knowledge, and hands on experiences from decades of actual life learning circumstances.
• Please note: In order to provide my clients with professional workmanship, I carry no cell phone when I do inspections. This time is reserved for my clients. Answering phone calls during inspections tend to only interfere with providing my clients a top quality inspection with my undivided attention. If we do not answer our phone, please leave a message and I will return your call, usually within minutes to an hour or so. Our E-mail is checked numerous times during the day, including off hours. And, we make it a point to contact clients as fast as humanly possible. Remember, your satisfaction is my priority.
